Loch Ness Absinthe – Batch 4

Description

This is a traditional absinthe recipe made with aniseed, wormwood and fennel.

This is the first absinthe to contain Scottish Wormwood. It was even grown by us! It also contains other botanicals, including anise, fennel and the famous Loch Ness juniper.

Absinthe is traditionally drunk as an aperitif and is a social drink. It is designed to be enjoyed with ice cold water and some sugar to taste.
